Will is a founding member of the firm and is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to forming Weatherspoon & Voltz, Will worked in private practice in Raleigh and Durham for 16 years.

Will is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States, the State of North Carolina, the United States Tax Court, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.

Beth is a founding member of the firm and is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to partnering with Will Weatherspoon, Beth practiced law for 5 years in the Raleigh office of a large international law firm.

Beth is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States, the State of North Carolina and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

T. Carlton Younger, III

Carl joined the firm in March 2014 and is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to joining Weatherspoon & Voltz LLP, Carl worked in private practice for 9 years, including in the Raleigh office of a large east coast law firm. Carl previously served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Martha A. Geer at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Carl is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina, and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.

Joy W. Zumbro

Joy joined the firm in October, 2016 and is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Weatherspoon & Voltz LLP, Joy worked in private practice for 4 years.

Joy’s experience includes representing nonprofit and for-profit developers in the acquisition and development of multi-family projects. She also has experience representing lending institutions in loan workout and collection matters, including foreclosures.
